All our products have a "Best By" date listed on the top of the box. But the recommended shelf life for our pastas is 36 months from the date of production.

Semolina is the product of milling Durum Wheat into a larger granulation than traditional flour. Think of it asCourse Groundflour.

Bronze Cut (or often called Bronze Die) is a specific style of pasta which is extruded through a die made of Bronze material. The bronze cut pasta have a much grittier surface which allows sauce to cling to it better than a teflon die pasta.
